The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is pleased to present "Pasta Masterclass", a special project within the initiative True Italian Taste, organized as part of The Extraordinary Italian Taste, a campaign promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. True Italian Taste is a global initiative whose objective is to raise awareness of the benefits deriving from the use of authentic Italian agri-food products. In light of this, the project hopes to support suppliers of certified Italian products while illustrating the delectable qualities of Italian food.

On September 29th, guests will be able to enjoy and discover how authentic Italian Pasta Mancini is made, where it is from and how it can be paired to recreate the best Italian pasta dishes. This exclusive event will give the opportunity to learn more about the product from video explanations featuring the producers. An Italian chef will also showcase how to create 3 different Primi, featuring all authentic Italian excellence.
