The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is pleased to present "Cooking Class: The Art of Pizza Making", a special event that will be taking place during the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World in November 2021. During the event, an authentic Italian Pizza Chef will explain the many varieties of Italian Pizza, their ingredients, preparation, and different cooking process while showcasing how to prepare one specific type: the best one to re-create at home. Guests will be able to make an Italian Pizza from scratch, while using authentic Italian ingredients and having fun - just like Italians do! The event will also be live-streamed in order to reach a broader audience and share the art of making Italian pizza in Hong Kong.

The event is part of the official program of the third edition of Italia Mia Festival, that brings the best of Italian lifestyle, cinema, art, food and music to Hong Kong and Macao in October and November.
