The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is honored to present: The Tiramisu' Masterclass, a dedicated event within the project True Italian Taste, organized as part of the campaign "The Extraordinary Italian Taste". The campaign is promoted and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. True Italian Taste is an initiative on an international scale whose objective is to raise awareness of the benefits derived from the use of authentic Italian agri-food products. In this regard, the project hopes to support makers of certified Italian products while showcasing the delectable qualities of Italian food.

Tiramisu' is universally interpreted as the ultimate Italian sweet treat. Being an elegant dish with a rich blend of bold flavors including cocoa, espresso, mascarpone cheese and Marsala liquor, Tiramisu' has become the most exported and emulated dessert. Yet, despite its recognition as an undisputed classic, the origins and the traditions surrounding the recipe are still immersed in the fog of the unknown. On April 17th, during this special Masterclass, Chef Marcello Scognamiglio will articulate the dessert's historical roots as well as provide an engaging live demonstration of the original recipe. Through this exclusive Masterclass, guests will uncover the secrets behind this dessert and will also be given an exciting opportunity to win a Lavazza coffee machine by taking part in the Tiramisu' social media challenge.
