The Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, which is held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, specialises in finished jewellery. Together with the concurrent Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show, which focuses on jewellery raw materials including loose diamonds, precious stones, semi-precious stones and pearls, the event forms the world's largest jewellery marketplace.

The Italian Trade Commission organizes a group participation of Italian companies in the Fair.
