PROJECT “START UP FOR A LABORATORY”- TRAINING COURSE IN ITALY

ICE New Delhi is responsible for the realization of Project “Start Up for a Laboratory” in India. The aim of the project is to promote throughout the realization of two laboratories a system of certification for leather and leather products in the new Tannery District of Kolkata (Kolkata Leather Complex). Thanks to this project technical assistance will be provided to local tannery factories. Furthermore several had ad hoc promotional events will be organized to increment the commercial opportunities for Italian companies in the sector of leather and leather machinery. The project is founded by the Government of Italy in collaboration with ICE, ASSOMAC (www.assomac.it) and the Government of West Bengal.

As a part of the project, ICE New Delhi and ASSOMAC are organizing a Training Course in Italy for the experts from the Kolkata Government College from 1-15 December 2014.

Assegnazione del certificato “Ospitalità Italiana – Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo"

La Camera svolgerà una attività di identificazione e certificazione di Ristoranti Italiani in India, concentrandosi in particolare sulle presenze nelle città di dimensioni inferiori. Inoltre, provvederà alle ispezioni per verificare la permanenza delle condizioni necessarie per la certificazione nei 18 ristoranti italiani in India che, negli scorsi anni, hanno già ricevuto il marchio “Ospitalità Italiana – Ristoranti Italiani nel mondo". Una specifica attività sarà dedicata a valutare detti ristoranti, già certificati, per nominare il ristorante che maggiormente rappresenta la tipicità di prodotti italiani.

Essendo i ristoranti distribuiti su tutto il territorio indiano, verranno individuate in ogni città (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Goa) dei “comitati di valutazione" composti da un rappresentante della Camera, un giornalista / opinion leader locale ed un rappresentante della comunità italiana in loco, che visiteranno i suddetti ristoranti e potranno quindi esprimere una loro valutazione qualitativa attraverso dei formulari standard che saranno predisposti, cosi’ da poter poi nominare il ristorante che avrà ricevuto la vautazione piu’ elevata.

A termine di tale percorso, ci sarà una serata di gala nel corso della quale verranno distribuiti i Certificati “Ospitalità Italiana – Ristoranti Italiani nel mondo" ai ristoranti di nuova certificazione e consegnato il premio “Autenticità" al ristorante che risulterà vincitore dal processo di valutazione descritto.

In base ai dati dell'International Coffee Organization (ICO), l'India rappresenta il terzo Paese per volumi di produzione mondiali, dopo Brasile e Vietnam, e l'Italia risulta essere il primo importatore di caffè dal subcontinente con circa 70,000 tonnellate annue, e il primo Paese al mondo esportatore di caffè torrefatto. Tra le provincie italiane, è Trieste a sdoganare quasi il 30% del caffè che arriva dall'India, presentando una situazione unica per la concentrazione d'imprese della filiera produttiva del caffè. In termini industriali raggruppa il 15% degli occupati nel settore in Italia.

In tale scenario continua anche quest’anno il programma per la formazione di figure professionali indiane sulle metodologie di assaggio delle miscele per espresso e per la definizione di un modello standard di “Cup Tasting for Espresso" tra Italia ed India, attualmente non disponibile, iniziato nel 2012 dalla Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), in collaborazione con il Trieste Coffee Cluster Srl, IAL Innovazione Apprendimento Lavoro Srl e STREET.

Dopo la loro prima visita nel settembre 2012 per incontri con stakeholder locali e per l’identificazione dei partecipanti al corso “Cup Tasting for Espresso" sulle metodologie di assaggio tenutosi a Trieste in novembre 2012, gli esperti del Trieste Coffee Cluster torneranno in India, dal 4 al 13 maggio 2013, con una delegazione organizzata dalla IICCI in collaborazione con i partner di progetto. La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industy (IICCI) in collaborazione con la Camera di Commercio di Roma e Unioncamere Lazio, organizzerà dal 30 aprile al 2 maggio “Rome is More" evento dedicato alla presentazione delle eccellenze romane e della Regione Lazio in India, parte di un più ampio roadshow di promozione di Roma e Lazio in tutti i paesi BRIC, che ha l’obiettivo di offrire alle PMI e alle aziende romane/laziali la possibilità di entrare in contatto diretto e mirato con buyer locali che sono specificatamente interessati a determinati prodotti e realtà.

Presenterà le eccellenze romane e laziali una delegazione di 15 aziende dei settori modae accessori, agri-food e High-Tech, accompagnati da rappresentanti della CCIA di Roma,e di Unioncamere Lazio. L’evento si terrà prima a Mumbai e successivamente – utilizzando lo stesso format– anche a New Delhi.

La IICCI organizzerà per la delegazione nella giornata del 30 a Mumbai e del 3 a New Delhi 3 workshop settoriali paralleli dove i delegati potranno presentare i propri prodotti a un selezionato numero di aziende indiane. I workshop saranno seguito da incontri d’affari tra i delegati e le aziende partecipanti. Al termine dei workshop verrà offerto ai partecipanti un pranzo a base di prodotti romani/laziali.

La sera delle stesse giornate verrà inoltre organizzata una cena di gala, che ancora una volta presenterà un percorso enogastronomico di degustazione dedicato alle eccellenze romano-laziali, con la partecipazione di uno Chef romano o laziale. Sviluppo del “Distretto della mobilità sostenibile" in Karnataka

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), in collaborazione con lo European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC) e Ceipiemonte, continuerà anche quest’anno le attività relative allo sviluppo del primo Distretto del Trasporto Sostenibile nello stato indiano del Karnataka, iniziato nel 2012.

Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di trasferire il know-how, l’esperienza e le best-practice delle aziende italiane nel settore delle tecnologie per la mobilità urbana sostenibile (sistemi di propulsione e combustibili a ridotto impatto ambientale, tecnologie per la sicurezza, tecnologie di accesso esteso alla mobilità ecc.), ad aziende, istituzioni e privati dello stato del Karnataka, con particolare riferimento alla città di Bengaluru, Mysore, Mangalore dove potranno essere realizzati dei progetti pilota.

Nel corso delle missioni organizzate durante l’anno 2012 (delegazione esplorativa di esperti piemontesi in Karnataka a maggio 2012, delegazione di aziende e stakeholder indiani del progetto a Torino in occasione di TOMS-Torino Software & Systems Meetings, missione di esperti italiani a dicembre 2012) sono stati individuati alcuni progetti specifici di intervento che rispondono alla domanda del territorio del Karnataka. In particolare: integrated ticketing, public bus fleet management, traffic control centers, hybridization of public transport vehicles. Nel corso del 2013 verranno pertanto individuate imprese del territorio piemontese attive in tali settori, che visiteranno il Karnataka (Bangalore, Mysore e Mangalore) nel mese di Aprile per incontrare i vari stakeholders locali coinvolti nell’implementazione di modalità di trasporto sostenibile (istituzioni, imprese e centri di ricerca locali.)

India Design Forum e Tavola Rotonda Bilaterale sul Design

L'Italia sara' Paese focus della prossima edizione dell’India Design Forum (IDF), principale evento indiano nel segmento design, previsto a Mumbai il 15 e 16 marzo 2013. Promosso dal Centro di Arte Contemporanea di Coimbatore (CoCCA), sotto la leadership organizzativa dell’imprenditrice indiana Rajshree Pathy, Presidente del Comitato Design della Confederazione dell’Industria Indiana (CII), l’IDF costituisce una piattaforma interattiva - unica nel suo genere in India - per la condivisione di esperienze e conoscenze tra protagonisti mondiali del design e controparti indiane. Articolato in conferenze, workshop e mostre, l’IDF vedrà la partecipazione di importanti designer internazionali. Altagamma figura, inoltre, tra la associazioni partner dell’iniziativa.

Nell'ambito dell IDF sarà organizzato uno specifico Workshop italiano, incentrato sul tema “Tecnologia e Design”. E’ inoltre prevista l’organizzazione, a margine dell’IDF, di una “Tavola rotonda indo-italiana sul design” (seconda edizione) quale piattaforma per un dialogo aperto e costruttivo tra professionisti ed imprenditori del design di entrambi i Paesi, in vista della promozione di possibili iniziative congiunte ed alleanze commerciali bilaterali.

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) in collaborazione con la Regione Emilia-Romagna e Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna, organizzera’ e partecipera’ ad un seminario di presentazione del settore infrastrutture indiano che si rivolgerà alle imprese del territorio emiliarno-romagnolo attive nei vari segmenti dell’intera filiera del settore delle costruzioni: materiali e macchinari, servizi, società di ingegneria, main

contractor, eccetera.

A tal fine, la IICCI individuerà uno o più esperti indiani che potranno illustrare agli imprenditori italiani le opportunità del mercato indiano e dettagliare le modalità operative da seguire per poter operare nello stesso. Nel corso dei tale evento, verranno raccolte manifestazioni di interesse da parte di imprese emiliano-romagnole, per le quali saranno svolti degli studi di pre-fattibilità, per consentirgli di valutare l’opportunità di perseguire le loro strategie sul mercato indiano, anche partecipando alla delegazione emiliano-romagnola che visiterà l’India in Luglio 2013. A seguito di tali iniziative, la IICCI organizzerà una delegazione di imprese indiane in Italia in occasione della Fiera SAIE di Bologna, selezionando in maniera particolare le imprese che maggiormente rispondono agli interessi degli operatori emialiano-romagnoli.

“Made in Italy: arredo e design per il mercato indiano

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) realizzerà uno studio di fattibilità sulla creazione di showroom d’arredo italiano nelle principali città indiane (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore e Chennai) con un sistema di rotazione delle merci esposte. Lo studio analizzera' i possibili modelli di business per la costituzione di tali showroom. Dopo averne valutato la fattibilita' in base a criteri legali, gestionali, finanziari e di marketing, saranno suggerite le strategie piu' efficaci e un piano d'azione per l'implementazione del progetto

Dopo una prima visita di brainstorming con i partner del progetto “Made in Italy: arredo e design per il mercato indiano"(Promos, Agenzia Speciale della Camera di Commercio di Milano, CCIAA Monza e Brianza, Unioncamere Emilia romagna, Aspin Frosinone, Cesp Matera, CCIAA Udine, Made in Vicenza) in marzo 2013, il General Manager della Indo- Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), si richera’ a Milano il 4 Marzo 2013, per presentare i risultati dello studio di fattibilita’ realizzato per individuare la migliore strategia di accesso al mercato indiano e l'entità dell'investimento necessario alla costituzione di centri espositivi permanenti dell’arredo Made in Italy in India.

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), organizzerà una delegazione di 15 aziende italiane che visiteranno Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru nel mese di ottobre.

L’obiettivo della delegazione e’ quello di far visita alle location precedente selezionate per la realizzazione e apertura di centri espositivi permanenti/showroom dell’arredo Made in Italy in India, in particolare appunto nelle citta’ di Mumbai, Bengalru e New Delhi.

Inoltre la IICCI organizzera’ agende ad hoc di incontri d’affari tra i delegati e potenziali partner indiani interessati ai loro prodotti, quali costruttorim, architetti, interior designer ecc

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), incollaborazione con Veneto Promozione, organizzerà una delegazione di undici aziende venete che visiteranno l’India dal 9 al 16 febbraio 2013. Per i delegati, rappresentanti di aziende dei settori medicale, trasformazione alimentare, macchine utensili e costruzioni, la IICCI organizzerà agende di incontri d’affari ad hoc nelle città di New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai e Mumbai. L’obiettivo della delegazione sarà quello di identificare possibili collaborazioni con distributori e importatori e facilitare l’incontro di potenziali partner per joint-venture e collaborazioni commerciali. In occasione della visita dei delegati, verrà inoltre organizzata una cena di networking che vedrà la partecipazione delle aziende parte della delegazione, di soci della IICCI, e rappresentanti di industrie e istituzioni italiane e indiane.

Tecnologie agroalimentari - Macchinari agricoli italiani

Attività previste in India:

1) Incontri con il Governo del Punjab e con la Punjab Agriculture University per la realizzazione di un campo prova, 15 gennaio, Chandigarh;

2) Dimostrazione macchinari agricoli, in collaborazione con la Regione Emilia-Romagna e FederUnacoma, 15-17 Marzo, Ludhiana;

3) Delegazione istituzionale della Regione Emilia-Romagna e presentazione del progettodel campo prova per macchinari agricoli in occasione di EIMA AgriMach India 2013, 5-15 Dicembre, New Delhi

La Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI), in collaborazione con la Regione Emilia-Romagna, Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna, la Federazione Nazionale Costruttori Macchine per l’Agricoltura (FederUnacoma), la Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), il Governo del Punjab, la Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), e la Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Association (AMMA), porterà avanti nel 2013 una serie di attività volte alla promozione dei macchinari agricoli italiani, in particolare emiliano - romagnoli, in India e nello specifico nello stato indiano del Punjab.

La IICCI organizzerà e parteciperà a un incontro di coordinamento con il Governo del Punjab e con la PAU a Chandigarh per identifcare la location ideale per la realizzazione di un campo prova per macchinari agricoli per presentare, mediante una dimostrazione diretta, i macchinari italiani ad agricoltori, importatori e costruttori di macchinari agricoli indiani, incrementando così le opportunità per le aziende italiane nel mercato indiano delle tecnologie agricole.

Quindici aziende emilano-romagnole presenteranno i loro prodotti nel campo prova identificato precedentemente, in occasione del Kisan Mela, un importante evento organizzato dalla PAU a Ludhiana, che prevede la partecipazione di oltre 200,000 agricoltori, importatori, e costruttori di macchinari agricoli dello stato del Punjab. A seguito dei due giorni dimostrativi, il 17 marzo, verranno invece organizzati sempre presso la PAU una serie di incontri d’affari tra le aziende italiane e produttori e aziende indiane.

Concluderà l’anno una delegazione istituzionale della Regione Emilia-Romagna che presenterà il progetto del campo prova per macchinari agricoli in occasione di EIMA AgriMach India 2013, fiera dedicata al settore dei macchinari agricoli che si terrà a New Delhi dal 5 al 15 dicembre 2013.

MOSTRA AUTONOMA COSMETICA E DIMOSTRAZIONI PRODOTTO IN INDIA

Secondo un recente rapporto della Associazione delle Camere di Commercio Indiane,  le SPA e i prodotti cosmetici naturali ad esse collegate hanno registrato una fortissima crescita negli ultimi 5 anni e ancora molto ampi sono i margini per ulteriori incrementi. I precedenti interventi promozionali ICE a favore della cosmetica hanno ottenuto un 
notevole successo presso le aziende italiane partecipanti. Per il 2013 si potrebbe concentrare l'evento sulla sola piazza di Mumbai prevedendo un incoming di operatori da tutto il territorio indiano,  per la Due Giorni della Bellezza Made in Italy, con dimostrazioni di prodotto. 

TECNOLOGIE ALIMENTARI - WORKSHOP IN INDIA

Si tratta di un'azione di formazione e comunicazione/immagine a favore delle tecnologie italiane. La finalità è quella di diffondere la conoscenza della produzione italiana tra coloro che saranno i futuri manager delle aziende estere e in quanto tali potenziali acquirenti ed utilizzatori dei sistemi di produzione "Made in Italy". Si intende anche creare una 
piattaforma che metta in rete tutte le università coinvolte e gli ex alunni al fine di creare un database interattivo, integrato con gli strumenti del social marketing a disposizione di imprese, associazioni ed università.

SCOUTING E AZIONI SULLA DISTRIBUZIONE DELLE CERAMICHE IN INDIA

I Paesi BRICS rappresentano per il settore della piastrelle mercati 
potenzialmente molto promettenti ma in realtà ancora poco esplorati 
dalle aziende italiane del settore. Ciò ha spinto l'Associazione 
Confindustria Ceramica a realizzare una indagine mirata presso la distribuzione, al fine di valutare i canali distributivi più adeguati per accedere a tali complessi mercati. Da qui la proposta dell'organizzazione di missioni esplorative di circa 20 aziende in Brasile ed India con l'obiettivo, tramite visite mirate e incontri B2B presso i centri distributivi in 
loco emersi dalla ricerca commissionata dall'Associazione, di acquisire maggiori informazioni, valutare le opportunità di mercato ed individuare infine possibilità concrete per il "trade" nei mercati citati, facendo anche da battistrada per eventuali future inziative più strutturate a favore delle aziende del settore.

Il progetto si compone di un insieme di azioni mirate, sia di natura conoscitiva/formativa che commerciale: country presentation, forum arredo in India (per la presentazione dei risultati dell'indagine realizzata a Delhi) con annesso breve corso di formazione, missione esplorativa con b2b e azioni di animazione presso la distribuzione indiana. Si prevede 
anche un'azione sinergica con la formazione internazionale diretta a formare 2 giovani talenti presso i distretti produttivi, centri di ricerca e specializzazione dedicati all'arredo e al restauro.  E' anche previsto l'inserimento di pacchetti di servizi integrati.

Il settore comincia a svilupparsi in India, in parallelo con nuove forme di distribuzione. Per questo motivo è importante realizzare un indagine di mercato  per comprendere meglio la fascia di prezzo e la tipologia del prodotto di maggior interesse per questo mercato. La realizzazione di un video tutorial contribuirà alla diffusione dei risultati dell'indagine.
