On 29 November at Grissini, the stylish newly-renovated Italian restaurant within the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Wanchai, the 62nd Chapter of the Hong Kong Delegation of the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba will host the Knights of Alba Hong Kong - White Truffle Extravanganza Gala Dinner. It will be a chance to taste excellent wines chosen from the 45th Selection of the Order and indulge in the "diamonds of the table", the legendary White Truffles of Alba, with a bespoke menu designed for the event by the Executive Chef of Grissini. The event will also be a moment to welcome new members into our ranks, thanks to the participation of dignitaries travelling from Italy to attend the Gala. The Consul General of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao will grace the evening with his presence alongside many passionate wine lovers, to celebrate together the beautiful wines and gastronomy of Northern Italy.

The event is part of the official programme of "Italia Mia", the Festival that brings the best of Italian lifestyle in Hong Kong and Macao by promoting all things Italian and by gathering the best Italian cultural and sport events in Hong Kong and Macao in October and November.
