Otto e Mezzo Bombana’s 3-Michelin-starred Chef Umberto Bombana and Wine Shop Enoteca partner to present tailored-made Italian menu paired with wines from Elvio Cogno winery. Elvio Cogno is one of the hottest wineries in Piedmont right now. Proprietors Nadia Cogno and Valter Fissore have been on a tear of late and show no signs whatsoever of slowing down. The Barolos are made in an enlightened traditional style that showcases the unique attributes of the estate’s various parcels, all located in Ravera.

The event is organized in the framework of "Bellissima Italia", a yearly festival coordinated by the Consulate General of Italy and dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture, lifestyle, and iconic Made in Italy products. Under “Bellissima Italia”, a registered trademark in accordance with the Hong Kong law, the Consulate is gathering different events organized by public entities and private companies, in order to increase the awareness of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao.
