Aira Sasso, author of the first Italian cookbook for Hong Kong resident, will provide a cooking class, where she will share are expertise in cooking delicious and simple Italian dishes. From her childhood home in Milan, to the romantic Amalfi Coast and the rugged heartland of Sicily, Aira invites us to join her on her travels around Italy, taking in her favourite landscapes and visiting some inspirational kitchens along the way. With the collaboration of Chef Margaret of Picky Gourmet you will have the chance to see, learn, taste and get your hands dirty by preparing amazing receipts directly taught by Aira. Enjoy this unique culinary journey!

The event is organized in the framework of "Bellissima Italia", a yearly festival coordinated by the Consulate General of Italy and dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture, lifestyle, and iconic Made in Italy products. Under “Bellissima Italia”, a registered trademark in accordance with the Hong Kong law, the Consulate is gathering different events organized by public entities and private companies, in order to increase the awareness of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao.
