"Bellissima Italia" is proud to announce one of the most delicious events of this edition: the Tiramisù cooking class and tasting. Chef Marco Sacco will the delight a selected audience of tiramisù lovers with a demonstration which will be followed by a tasting. One of the most important ingredients of a proper tiramisù is coffee. This is why the cooking class will be surrounded by a series of images portraying the beloved Italian beverage. Sweet tooth fans of tiramisù should not miss this event!

The event is organized in the framework of "Bellissima Italia", a yearly festival coordinated by the Consulate General of Italy and dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture, lifestyle, and iconic Made in Italy products. Under “Bellissima Italia”, a registered trademark in accordance with the Hong Kong law, the Consulate is gathering different events organized by public entities and private companies, in order to increase the awareness of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao.
