Wine will be the absolute protagonist of the 2017 edition of the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair with the Italian Vinitaly Pavilion! In addition to the traditional Walk-Around-Tastings, VIA seminars and master classes, Hong Kong wine professionals and connoisseurs will have the opportunity to get to know the best of Italy’s food, wine and oils thanks to:

• “Friends of Wine” collective area, dedicated to the exhibiting companies of Sol&Agrifood, whose products will also be presented during the cooking shows held by professional Italian Chefs in the Vinitaly Lounge

• B2B meetings with potential selected buyers to be held directly at the producers’ booths

• Vinitaly Wine and Oil Bar, only for those companies that were selected by 5StarWines - the Book 2017 & Wine Without Walls 2017, ViViT, Vinitaly Bio; and for Olive Oil exhibiting companies of Sol&Agrifood

• #Hiremevinitaly  - a very fast and dynamic format to bring together wine professionals and Italian wineries seeking for a potential match.

The event is organized in the framework of "Bellissima Italia", a yearly festival coordinated by the Consulate General of Italy and dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture, lifestyle, and iconic Made in Italy products. Under “Bellissima Italia”, a registered trademark in accordance with the Hong Kong law, the Consulate is gathering different events organized by public entities and private companies, in order to increase the awareness of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao.
